गणतंत्र से आप क्या समझते है!!!!???

   "वह शासन प्रणाली जिसमें प्रमुख सत्ता लोक या जनता अथवा उनके चुने हुए प्रतिनिधियों के हाथ में होती है और जिसके पास एक चुना गया या नामांकित राष्ट्रपति और प्रधानमंत्री होता है न कि सम्राट या राजा"  यह परिभाषा आपको मिलेगी अगर आप गणतंत्र के अर्थ को गूगल(Google) पर खोजेंगे, एक गणतांत्रिक(Republican) राज्य की स्पष्ट अवधारणा इस वाक्य में दी गई है, इसी कड़ी में मैं लोकतंत्र के बारे में अब्राहम लिंकन द्वारा कही गयी एक परिभाषा जोड़ रहा हूं जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि

"लोकतंत्र(Democracy) लोगो के लिये लोगों के द्वारा लोगों का शासन है"

यहाँ आप दो शब्द गणतंत्र (Republic) और लोकतंत्र (Democracy) के बीच की समानता का पता लगा सकते हैं, बल्कि आप कह सकते हैं कि दोनो एक ही सिक्के के दो पहलू है, इस अवधारना को स्पष्ट रूप से समझने के लिए हमें राजतंत्र अथवा राजा की अथवा सम्राटीय(monarchy)  व्यवस्था का अर्थ और अवधारणा को भी समझना होगा, राजतंत्र(Monarchy) का अर्थ है

"वह राज्य और शासन जिसकी सारी सत्ता शक्त़ि एक व्यक्त़ि या राजा के हाथ में हो,

तो एक 'राजा', हम सभी इस शब्द 'राजा' के बारे में जानते है, जो सभी लोगो से उपर होता था और राज्य के सभी लोगो उसके सामने झुकना पड़ता था और उसके द्वारा ये  दिये गये सारे आदेशों को लोगो को मानना पड़ता था, कोई उसके आदेश के खिलाफ कुछ बोल नहीं सकता था, सवाल नहीं कर सकता था, इसी सारे में एक सम्राट के शब्द मैं जोडूंगा जिसमे उसने कहा था 

"मैं ही राज्य हूं और मेरे शब्द कानून है"

आप जानते है ये किसने कहा था और इस तस्वीर में ये व्यक्त़ि कौन है!? लूई सोलहवा, फ्रांस के अन्तिम राजा, इन्ही के समय में फ्रांस की क्रांति अस्तित्व में आई थी और फ्रांस की जनता ने राजतंत्रिय व्यवस्था को उखाड़ फेका था, तो राजा का मतलब निरंकुश निर्विवाद जिसपे कोई सवाल न कर सके, मैं बिल्कुल इतिहास के कुछ अच्छे राजाओ से पल्ला नहीं झाड़ रहा मगर इतिहास के ज्यादातर राजा अपने प्रजा जनता के लिये विनाशक थे, तो हम समझ सकते हैं कि एक गणतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में राजा का कोई प्रावधान या व्यवस्था नहीं है, यह वास्तव में राजतंत्रिय व्यवस्था के एकदम विपरीत है, जिसमें लोग किसी गणतांत्रिक राज्य के किसी भी विभाग प्रमुख से निर्भय होकर सवाल कर सकते है, चर्चा कर सकते है, और यहाँ तक कि निर्विवाद व्यक्त़ि को उसके पद से हटा भी सकते है, ध्यान देने वाली बात यह कि गणतांत्रिक राज्य का एक प्रमुख राजा नहीं है, बल्कि वह केवल एक प्रतिनिधी है, हमें उससे पूछने का अधिकार है, अगर वह पद पर रहकर दुर्व्यवहार करता है या उस पद का दुरूपयोग करता है तो उसे राज्य के किसी समान्य नागरिक की तरह अपराधी माना जायेगा

और उसे समान रूप से दंडित किया जायेगा, यह वही है जो पुरानी प्रणाली में नहीं हो रहा था, तो हमलोग लगभग बिल्कुल उल्टा करेगें जो कि एक राजा के व्यवस्था में हो रहा था, तो हम अपने अधिकार से अवगत हो ही गये, साथ ही साथ हमें अपने गणतांत्रिक राज्य में अपने कर्तव्यों को भी जानना चाहिए|

कर्तव्य:-

संविधान का समर्थन और रक्षा करें,

आप और आपके समुदाय को प्रभावित करने वाले मुद्दो से अवगत रहे,

लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया में भाग लें,

राज्य और स्थानीय कानून का सम्मान और पालन करें,

दूसरो अधिकारों, विश्र्वासो और विचारों का सम्मान करें,

आय और अन्य करो का इमानदारी से और समय पर राज्य और स्थानिय अधिकारियों को भुगतान करें,

जरूरत पड़ने पर देश की रक्षा करें

यह ज्यादातर सभी रिपब्लिक राज्य के लिए आम है, आप अपने स्वयं के राज्य या देश के मौलिक कर्तव्यों को खोज और पढ़ सकते हैं, इसलिए गणतंत्र देश न केवल इसमें स्वतंत्रता का आनंद लेने के बारे में है, बल्कि इसे मौलिक कर्तव्यों का पालन करना भी है, और जागरूक होकर इसका मूल अर्थ है कि हम एक फलदायी और शांतिपूर्ण समाज और एक देश का निर्माण कर सकते हैं।

What do you mean by Republic!???

         “A  State in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch”  this definition you will get if you will search on Google for the meaning of Republic, a clear concept of a Republic State is given in this sentence, so I can add a Quote by Abraham lincoln about Democracy in which he had said that

“Democracy is a government of people by the people for the people”

here you can trace the similarities between the two words Republic and Democracy, rather you can say these two are the two sides of a same coin, to get clear about this concept we would need to know the meaning and concept of Monarch too, so the meaning of Monarch is

“a sovereign head of state, especially a king, queen, or emperor”  
so a king, we all know about this word king, the one who is above of all the people and everyone should bow down to him and in every order given by a king to be followed, it was compulsory on that time, a normal people can not question about a king’s decision or order, regarding this I will quote a King’s or emperor’s word which is

“ I am the state and my words are law”

 you know who said this and who is in this picture!? Louis XIV, the last king of France, during his time the French Revolution had came to existence and monarchy had been destroyed by the people of France, so the king means unquestionable, I am not denying the fact of great kings of history but most of the history of kings were disastrous for it’s people, so we can understand a Republic state don’t have the system of a King, it is actually the opposite of Kingship, in which people can question any head of the any Department of a republic state, we can question, we can discuss, and even we can remove the unquestionable person as well, and the thing to be noticed that a Head of Republic state is not a king rather he is just a representative, he should be respected but not to be feared as a king, we have right to remove him and we have right to question him, and if he misbehave or misuse with his position, he will be treated as same as a normal criminal of Republic state and would be punished equally, it is what were not being happen at old system, so we will do almost opposite as it was in a Monarch or Emperor’s system, so let’s not miss the duties in a Republic country or State after understanding the meaning of Republic,

Duties:-

·     

    
       Support and defend the Constitution.

·         Stay informed of the issues affecting you and your community.

·         Participate in the democratic process.

·         Respect and obey state and local laws.

·         Respect the rights, beliefs, and opinions of others.

·         Pay income and other taxes honestly, and on time, to state, and local authorities.

·         Defend the country if the need should arise.

   

It is mostly common of all Republic state, you can search and read your own State or Country’s fundamental duties, so the Republic country is not only about to enjoy the liberty in it but to be obeyed to it’s fundamental duties too, and by being aware of it’s basic meaning we can build a fruitful and peaceful society and a country..

                              प्रेम क्या है???

प्रेम शब्द अपने आप में काफी अलग व्याख्या रखता है, क्योकि ये किसी अन्य भाषा की तुलना में अत्यधिक द्वन्द, गहराई व गम्भीरता से ओत प्रोत है, कई अन्य शब्द जो इस शब्द की जगह आजकल हिंदी भाषियों द्वारा उपयोग किये जाते है जैसा कि इश्क, मोहब्बत, लव इत्यादि शायद इतनी पवित्रता नहीं रखती जितना कि 'प्रेम' शब्द अकेला रखता है, हालाकिं पवित्रता की परिभाषा भी अपने आप में तर्क का विषय है| शब्द की सार्थकता पे बहस ना करतें हुए मैं अगर इसकी एक सारवभौमिक परिभाषा के तरफ बढु तब भी इसका कोई सार नहीं मिलता, ये प्रश़्न की 'प्रेम  क्या है' सम्भवत: सभी साधारण मनुष्य के मस्तिस्क में जीवन में एक बार तो उत्पन्न होता ही हैं, और युवाओ में ये काफी चर्चा का और मानसिक अवसाद का विषय है, इस शब्द की प्रमानिकता और माया जाल ने नजाने कितने ही युवाओ का पथ भ्रमित किया है, उन युवाओ में मैं भी कभी हुआ करता था| इस शब्द के विषय में विभिन्न दार्शनिको के मत अलग-अलग है,  जैसा कि-

प्रेम कभी न समाप्त होनेवाली एक ऐसी पहेली है जिसमें कुछ भी ऐसा नहीं हैं जिसे समझाया जा सके या जिसकी व्याख्या की जा सकती है,
प्रेम वो है जब आत्मा गाना शुरु कर देती है और आपके  जीवन के फूल अपने स्वभाव के अनुरुप खिल उठते है,
प्रेम अधिकार जताता नहीं है बल्कि स्वतंत्र करता है,

प्लूटो

प्रेम एक गम्भीर मानसिक बीमारी है,
प्रेम मानव जीवन में अत्यधिक शक़्तिशाली बल है, वह जिसमें इतनी क्षमता है कि भटका दे और व्यक़्ति को सम्पूर्ण रुप से अभागा करदे|

सिर्फ आत्मा को ही पता है कि प्रेम क्या है,
प्रेम एक सेतु है आपके और सम्पूर्ण जगत के बीच,

प्रेम कर्तव्य से बेहतर है,

ये सुची आपके उम्मीद से भी ज्यादा बड़ी हो सकती है अगर मैं सारे दार्शनिको के मत को प्रस्तुत करने लगू तो, क्योकि इस संसार में न ही दार्शनिक की कमी और न प्रेम की परिभाषाओ की, आप खोजेंगे और परिभाषाओ में खो जायेंगे, कभी मैं भी खो गया था जब मैने इस उत्तर की खोज शुरू की थी, प्रत्येक अलग-अलग क्षेत्र के व्यक़्ति की इस पर अपनी अलग-अलग अवलोकन है परिभाषा व राय है, यह कवियो के लिए वरदान है और मानसिक चिकित्सक के लिये रोग, इस परिभाषा की खोज में मैं एक वाक्य से परिचित हुआ और अपनी खोज को विराम दे गया कि "प्रेम अनुभव के एक खुली किताब की कभी न खत्म होनेवाली कहानी है"

WHAT IS LOVE?????

                                   WHAT IS LOVE

         The question which arise in every normal human being’s mind atleast once in their life time, the question which makes stress mostly in young generation or teenagers, even I was too stressed at that period, if you will search it’s meaning in dictionary then you will find that it have atleast 2 pages of clarifications with different phrases added in it like making love, love bird, lovey etc., but none of it even can give you a proper and universally accepted answer of it, even the thinkers have a different views on it, as I am mentioning some of the quotes of world’s known thinkers below:-

The list list will be longer than your expectation if I will quote all, because there is no end of thinkers and quotes on love, you can search and will be lost in definitions even I was lost while searching for this answer in my teenage, every person of every field have a different observation and definition of love, it is grace for poets and disease for mental doctors, and being in search of this definition I myself come to a definition and stopped my research on it was the quote “Love is a never ending story of an open book of experience”
